We have developed, together with N3N, Wizeye, a system based on IoT technology that by means of cameras, key sensors, wifi, Bluetooth and RFID captures and sends information through a network to a single integrated management centre in which software developed by Digio translates the information that is displayed by means of KPIs, alerts and recommendations.
N3N, the world's leading platform in operations visualization, commissioned us to integrate all the IoT sensors and to develop software that allows us to connect the data received from any location, process it in real time, and visualize it through a single dashboard to facilitate decisions based on people and machines' behaviour.
Wizeye is an extensible, scalable and secure platform, tested across a handful of industries within complex environments. Wizeye offers IoT visualisation solutions to industries including manufacturing, tourism, commerce, government, education, transportation and logistics.
High efficiency at maximum power
Wizeye monitors operations from a single point of control, detects gaps, and provides relocation recommendations, prevents shortages, controls temperatures, defines alarms linked to key events, optimizes flows in the warehouse, store, and across the supply chain.
This platform offers video-detection of the entrance flow to different spaces (shops, department stores, stadiums, etc.) to establish the correlation of defined patterns; moreover it integrates a video surveillance system with reactive facial recognition through the CyberExtruder algorithm, it detects shelf observation (dwelling) times through heat maps, it monitors customer behaviour and conversion rates, it pinpoints inventory optimization opportunities by mapping purchase intents, it monitors physical inventory, and detects stockout risks.
